Amenities

Gel, shampoo, soap, etc. These are welcome items. If you need more, please contact reception.

Pool:

It opens with the same card you use for your apartment. Please do not use hotel towels for the pool; special towels are sold at reception. Sun loungers cannot be reserved in advance.

Pool Bar:

There is a bar in the pool area open during the summer season.

Restaurant:

Located on the ground floor, next to the reception, the restaurant serves buffet breakfast, lunch, and à la carte dinner. It is air-conditioned and has background music and a terrace. Ask about our specials in the restaurant.

Breakdowns:

If any problems occur in your apartment, please contact reception. Our technical support department will assist you as soon as possible.

Safe:

1. Enter your 4-digit code and press # to lock the safe.
2. Enter your code again and it will open.
3. Please remember to leave the door open when you leave.
4. If it is blocked, contact reception.

Instructions:

There is a luggage room on the reception floor. Please ask for the key.

Garage:

The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces available for rent. Check availability and prices at the front desk.

Cleaning:

Cleaning is daily, except for the kitchen. Towels are changed every two days and sheets once a week.

You can opt out of this service for a maximum of 3 consecutive days.

Exit:

Check-out must be done before 12:00.

If you require a late checkout, please check availability and prices with the front desk. After your departure, you can continue to use the pool and luggage room at no additional cost.
