One pet per apartment is allowed, with a maximum weight of 15kg. They will receive a WELCOME KIT, consisting of treats and a ball.
Every pet owner must leave a mobile phone number where they can be reached in their absence and a credit card as a guarantee for any possible damage.
To leave or enter the premises, you must always keep your pet on a short leash and muzzled when necessary.
Pets are not allowed in the Restaurant, Pool Bar and other common areas, except in transit areas.
The owner must always pick up and clean up after his pet.
The owner of the pet will be obliged to keep it in the proper hygienic and sanitary conditions.
The owner of the pet will be solely responsible for any damage that the pet may cause to third parties or to the Hotel's furniture.
The animal cannot be left alone in the hotel rooms and the rooms will not be cleaned when the pet is in the room. Please arrange a time with Reception to clean the room.
Inside the Room:
· Do not allow pets on chairs or beds.
· Do not bathe pets in the room showers or use the room towels to dry them.
Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to the credit card you provided as a guarantee.
