1. Introduction

The present document regulates the GENERAL CONTRACTING TERMS and CONDITIONS regarding both Reservation on Request and Online Reservation Services offered by Hoteles Pyr, S.A. Company that manages the Hotel Pyr Fuengirola.

The use of these services implicates the total and unconditional acceptance of all the General Terms and/or Conditions, which will be automatically included in the contract signed with Hoteles Pyr, S.A. without the incorporation of these in writing being necessary.

2. Use of the Reservation Request and Booking Online offered by Hoteles Pyr, S.A.

2.1. The Reservation Request Services: provide users the possibility of consulting the availability of a studio in the hotel. In a maximum period of 48 h, the user will receive an e-mail confirming that his/her reservation has been accepted. The reservation will be binding once being accepted by Hoteles Pyr, S.A., through the e-mail containing the confirmation of reservation. The user has to verify the confirmation of reservation and notify Hoteles Pyr, S.A. any mistake immediately in writing.

2.2. Use of the Online Reservation Services offered by Trilled, S.A.

Contracting process: When using this service, after having introduced their credit card details correctly, users will receive an e-mail to confirm that their reservation has been made. This e-mail will also include the basic information about the reservation details. WE ONLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT YOUR ARRIVAL

Guarantee: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed during the period of stay with a credit card. If you do not arrive at the hotel without having notified it before, you will be charged the first night of stay.

Conclusion of the contract or cancellation of a reservation: The user is not liable for the expenses derived from the cancellation of a reservation provided that the cancellation is carried out 48 hours before the check-in date. Once this 48-hour period is over, Hoteles Pyr, S.A. will charge a sum in compensation for cancellation costs which is equivalent to the total of the first night.
